Pick up from the Hotel or Airport
Transfer to the City of Nauta, then we go in our rustic boat with Peque Peque motor to the Native community called “AREQUIPA” in the YANAYACU river basin. On the way you can have the opportunity to observe gray and pink dolphins in their natural habitat. , (Lunch on board and overnight close to the community) Night walk, search for insects, amphibians, reptiles, etc.
Very early we start sailing towards the “Yarina Cocha” Lagoon. Arrival and overnight.
Search for mammals and primates in their natural habitat.
Departure to the Germa farm «Name of the place to spend the night» in which we will have the opportunity to get to know the Amazon wetlands, we will visit the renacal wetlands, possible sighting of reptiles, we will learn to build our own fishing and domestic hunting tools.
We will go to Achon, our next place to spend the night, in the afternoon we will go in search of river wolves «Otters» possibility of walking.
We will head towards «COCHA EL DORADO» when we arrive at La Cocha we settle in a suitable place for a better experience in the national reserve.
In the afternoon we will start with the artisanal fishing of Pirañas, Tucunare, etc.
After dinner we will start the night with the search for alligators, possibility of a walk in the primary jungle and overnight.
Hike in primary jungle in search of emblematic birds of the national reserve, in the afternoon we will go in search of the largest rodents in the world (Ronsoco), spend the night.
We will start the morning in search of the largest primates in the area «Mono Araña» and «Mono Coto», in the afternoon we will visit a communal farm and learn about their culture from the local living.
We will start the navigation towards the Cocha de Yarina, back to Nauta.
We will go to the native community «Las Palmas» we will learn about their culture and handicraft shopping, lunch at the house of our local guide Don JULIO, overnight in the community.
After breakfast we will go to the Cocha Shiriyacu, possibility of swimming with the gray and pink dolphins.
Lunch and return to the city of Nauta-Iquitos.
